WHO AM I ?
Born in 1996, I grew up in Mantes la Jolie, a quiet city near Paris. Naturally curious and interested, this allows me to be a 100% invested in what I undertake. Surpassing myself on group projects, in order to achieve our final goal is what I do. I love to think about new ways and solutions to improve our product, or our working methods. Positive and dynamic at all time, I bring motivation to the team.

Daring, persevering and undertaking is what defines me the most. That is what makes me adaptable. Indeed I know how to rapidly integrate myself into new projects, where I want to contribute in order to make them succeed.

Why project management ?
Project management has never been an obvious professional path for me. Indeed, I never exactly knew what kind of job I wanted to do or in which industry to work. I have always been interested in so many things that it was hard for me to choose a single career path among so many possibilities. This is when I discovered Project Management which appeared to me as a matter of course. Here are 3 facts that explain my choice :

#1 A well managed project is a project that has been structured and organized from the start with regular adjustments. As weird as it might sound, I love to organize things. Since highschool, I have always structured my work & studies to reach my goals. This requires daily commitments which takes time, but the payoffs are worth it: peace of mind, time saved, gain in productivity etc.

#2 Working as a Project Manager means always working on different things. Even though the methods are the same, we always need to adapt it to the situation, the project, the goals and the stakeholders. There is not a day like the other and this is what I need, to evolve in a dynamic environment full of diversity.

#3 Last, but not least, I always love to learn and discover new things. I need to be challenged, to get out of my comfort zone and what is best than project management for that? Indeed, working on so many different projects require to stay qualified to efficiently manage them. Adaption is key.
CAREER
These professional experiences allowed me to put the theory seen in school into practice. It helped me to develop soft skills such as critical thinking, public speaking, decision making and patience. It's also through these experiences that I developed an interest in entrepreneurship and project management. I am confident in the fact that these skills, developed in my early career, would be an asset for your company.
Project Manager - Lopigna Virghjiliu
Paris - Since Mars 2020 - Internship & Study Contract
I joined Lopigna Virghjiliu for a 6 months intership that became a one year study contrat. My main role in this startup was to digitaze it, its processes & tools. Here are four principal missions that I worked on : #1 I managed the development of a digital platform which goal was to increase the company's productivity. #2 I created and developped the website of the company thanks to an online editor, helped by a digital marketing consultant. #3 I worked on the commercialization of a corsican citrus, in partership with a local producers, destined to high end restaurants. #4 I created an ecommerce mobile application which allows our clients to see and order our products, and simplify our order management.
This experience allowed me to see what it is to work in a startup and made me realized that this is the environment I want to work in.
Founder - NetWorkOut
Paris - Since 2018 - Planned release in 2022
NetWorkOut is a mobile application allowing people to find sport partners. This is my first venture, I personally funded it. The V1 has been lauched, but due to major technical issues we decided to start over. It's an opportunity for us to improve our concept and learn form our mistakes so that the V2 will be a sucess. Alone at the beginning, we are now 3 associates and we are getting the fundraising ready to lauch our first MVP in 2022.
Sales Associates - Adidas
Aubergenville - Since June 2018 - Student contract
I work at Adidas as a Retail Professional. My principal role consists in managing the inventory under the supervision of a floor manager.
My second role consists in being present on the sales floor to help the client. Here are some of my missions : reception and storage of deliveries, process inventory monitoring, merchandising, best and flop sales monitoring, goods management, KPI follow up, customer service... This experience allowed me to understand the importance of process in big companies, like Adidas.
Sport Department Manager's Assistant
Pontoise - April to May 2018 - Internship
The goal of this internship was to organize a sport event hold in Pontoise with 6 others international cities. I dealt with the logistic of the event. I had to make sure we had everything needed such as accomodations, transportation, sports facilities, to welcome 1200 young sportmen.
Student Office Treasurer
Cergy - April 2016 to April 2017
My role during this year was to monitor the finance of the student office. I also had a role in events organization and communication.
Cashier - Intermarché
Mantes la Jolie - May to October 2016 - Student contract
I worked as a fulltime cashier during the 2016 summer, then part time, working on Sundays. This experience allowed me to develop interpersonal skills since I was always in contact with people.
Event Manager's Assistant - Décathlon
Chambourcy - Mars and october 2016 - Internship
This short internship was my fisrt experience in the events area. Trocathlon is a two weeks event, where people come to sell or buy second-hand sport items. My role was to welcome clients, manage the items' deposits, organize items in the store and deal with the unsold items.
Athletics coach - ASM Athlétisme
Mantes la Jolie - November 2015 to april 2016 - Internship
During these 6 months I was assisting the trainer of the athletics team. I was preparing sport sessions (strenghtening, cardio) and leading the trainings according to the physical objective given by the coach.
EDUCATION
From a scientific baccalaureate I then studied engineering, sport management, entrepreneurship and project management. All these years of studies associated with personal experiences allowed me to find my way. I now know that I want to work in a fast moving, dynamic, and challenging environment, on projects that challenge me.
